We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (may vary by location)
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged are not eligible for return

Exchanges

Want a different finish? Contact us at hello@cotly.co to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@cotly.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All Cotly products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural failures and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear. For full details, see our Terms & Conditions.
